All snail mail club orders are shipped with HongKong Post and will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

When will it arrive? To keep things simple and intentional, all mail is sent via untracked regular post.

Hong Kong: Usually arrives within 2–3 days.
International: Usually arrives within 15+ business days.

When will my letter ship? Letters are posted on the 10th of each month. If you sign up any time during the month (HKT), your letter will be included in that final month-end mailing.

How do I update my address or subscription? You can update your address, payment details, or cancel your membership at any time through your account portal.

I made a mistake with my address! Don’t worry—just email [email protected] as soon as possible, and I will fix it before the next mailing begins its journey.

When am I billed? You are billed on the same day each month that you originally signed up. To cancel, please ensure you do so before your next billing date.
